Before joining The Navio Group, Young was an Engagement Manager at Conlego, a premier retail negotiations and partnership firm. There he advised on broad transformation initiatives, cost optimization strategies, and helped lead business development efforts.
Young previously worked at Target Corporation, where he focused on driving strategy and cost optimization efforts in both national brand and owned brand businesses.
Young has also worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities.
He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis. He enjoys cooking and traveling in his spare time.
