Marco D. Castelán
Marco Castelán is the Senior Principal at The Navio Group.
Before joining The Navio Group, Marco was a Partner & Head of Business Development at Conlego, a premier negotiations and partnerships firm. There he lead business development efforts, executed large-scale partnerships on behalf of clients, ran training seminars and consulted on negotiation issues.
Preceding this role Marco also worked at Noma Consulting Partners, acquired by Conlego in 2016, as a Principal advising and consulting with clients in ecommerce, digital supply chain and omnichannel strategy.
Prior to consulting, Marco worked at SPS Commerce, the world’s largest cloud-based supply chain management company, as an Enterprise Account Executive where he advised retailers, suppliers and their partners on how to leverage technology solutions to more efficiently grow their business. Versed in the latest techniques and requirements in the ever evolving Omnichannel retail environment, he has successfully advised on how to efficiently meet the needs of the consumer.
Marco holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Beloit College. He enjoys hiking, reading and mentoring local, small business owners in his spare time.
